The method comprises the following steps of: establishing a model library by using a program language; entering data required by model simulation into a database; progressively calculating photosynthetic potential productivity, light and temperature potential productivity, climatic potential productivity and land potential productivity layer by layer by sequentially selecting models in the model library and connecting the models with the database; counting according to a simulation calculation result; and selecting the most stable model combination for predicting the potential productivity of the paddy rice at the area in the future.
