The mechanical self-locking device is characterized in that: a cantilever (12) is arranged on the lower side of the lever (2) and is connected with an operating lever (1) through a shaft pin; a lever locking hole (9) which is connected with the operating lever (1) is formed at the lower end of the flange of the lever (2); a support lug boss for positioning the operating lever (1) is formed on the support (3); and the operating lever (1) is positioned at different positions of the support lug boss through the rotating lever (2) so as to realize the opening / closing and self-locking of the high-voltage isolator.
