Embodiment Construction

[0024] The preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below.

[0025] The format conversion method of PLT format image to CNC punching vector element includes the following steps:

[0026] 1) Input the PLT format picture to be converted, read the line data in the PLT format picture, and form the closed lines therein into a hole-shaped line array LA; specifically include the following steps:

[0027] 11) Read the line data in the PLT format picture one by one;

[0028] 12) Determine whether the currently read line is a closed line with the first and last points coincident, if not, give up, otherwise add it to the hole-shaped line array LA;

[0029] 13) If all the line data in the current PLT format picture is read, jump to 2), otherwise jump to 11);

[0030] 2) Identify the valid hole pattern lines in the hole pattern line array LA; specifically, it includes the following steps:

[0031] 21) According to the maximum identification aperture and...

Abstract

The invention relates to the field of image recognition, in particular to a format conversion method from a PLT-format picture into a numerical control punching vector graphic element. The format conversion method can automatically identify the position information of a processing pore contained in the PLT-format picture and converts the PLT-format picture into the numerical control punching vector graphic element, and thus, the conversion efficiency and the accuracy can be improved. The format conversion method comprises the following steps of: reading line data from the PLT-format picture, and adding closed lines in the PLT-format picture to a pore-type line array; determining the maximum line circumference and the minimum line circumference as well as the maximum recognition area and the minimum recognition area which satisfy pore-type conditions according to the maximum recognition pore diameter and the minimum recognition pore diameter; traversing the line in the pore-type line array, and calculating the circumference L and the area A of the line; if L is not less than Lmin, but is not greater than Lmax, and A is not less than Amin, but is not greater than Amax, considering the line as an effective pore type line; and calculating the center of gravity of the effective line, wherein the center of gravity is the position of the recognized processing pore. In the invention, the PLT-format picture is converted into the processing vector graphic element of numerical control software according to the position of the processing pore, thereby improving the conversion efficiency.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of image recognition, in particular to a format conversion method from a PLT format picture to a numerical control punching vector element. Background technique [0002] In CNC software, it is often necessary to use pictures in PLT format. The PLT format contains line data, which can be directly used by CNC systems such as CNC engraving machines. [0003] However, in software applications such as CNC punching and punching software, it is necessary to identify the center point position information of the machined hole contained in the PLT format picture. When the software cannot automatically recognize it, in software such as CNC punching and punching, the position information of the machined hole is manually marked on the PLT picture. This method is slow and inaccurate in positioning. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION [0004] In view of this, in order to solve the above problems, the present invention discloses a format c...
