The preparation method comprises the following specific steps: 1, mixing the antibacterial fiber and pure cotton in an amount which is 10 to 25 percent that of mixed fiber and spinning the mixture to prepare the inner layer of the underwear; 2, weaving combination yarn and pure cotton yarn on a knitting machine to prepare face fabric of the underwear; and 3, using a layer which contains the antibacterial fiber as the inner layer so as to prepare the underwear.
