Abstract

The invention relates to a method and a system for testing a microphone of an electronic device, in particular to a method for testing the microphone of the electronic device. The electronic device is internally provided with a test program which comprises the following steps of: (a) converting sound acquired by the microphone of the electronic device into a recording file; and (b) comparing the recording file to determine whether to accord with a preset standard or not, wherein if the recording file accords with the preset standard, the microphone passes the test and otherwise the microphone does not pass the test. The method for testing the microphone of the electronic device has the effects of eliminating noise interference and avoiding the problem of inaccurate manual judgment as well as saving the test time in large amount of tests.
