Abstract

A method for preparing non-fired and non-steamed bricks by using sintering a dry desulphurization byproduct belongs to the field of resources comprehensive utilization. The method comprises the stepsof mixing the desulphurization byproduct with water to prepare a mixed material with a concentration ranging from 10% to 80%, stirring uniformly, and airing naturally a filter cake after filtering themixed material so that the water content becomes 10% to 30%; re-stacking the stewed steel slag for 170 days to 200 days; sieving the steel slag in a sieve with the size of 10mm, and taking out the minus sieve for sieving in another sieve with the size of 3mm, and then taking out the plus sieve; dosing based on the proportion of raw materials; and after stirring uniformly by a stirrer, feeding thestirred product into a brick machine to be pressed by the machine, and naturally curing in air for 28 days to obtain a finished product. The method has the advantages that the process route of non-firing and non-steaming is adopted to prepare energy-saving bricks, therefore, the products are energy saving and environment friendly with lower cost and the energy-saving bricks are no longer crackedin use.
