Abstract

The invention relates to a Web server-based method for downloading a software license of a mobile terminal, which realizes the authentication and protection of software of the mobile terminal. The method comprises a technical proposal that: through comparison of an authentication code calculated by the mobile terminal and an authentication code calculated by the Web server in the Web server, whether the authentication can be obtained is determined. After the software of the mobile terminal passes the authentication, the corresponding software license is dispensed according to the specific requirement of the applied and used software.
