Problems solved by technology

The creepage ratio method requires consideration of the effective coefficient of the creepage point distance of the insulator, but there are not many studies on this at present, so the accuracy of the design results of the creepage ratio method is not high
There is an equivalence problem between man-made pollution and natural pollution in the law of pollution resistance
Each of these methods has its own advantages and disadvantages. Simply using one method for actual engineering design may result in insufficient or excessive insulation margin, resulting in flashover risk or engineering waste.

Embodiment Construction

[0025] The configuration method of the high-voltage transmission line insulator proposed by the present invention, its flow chart is as follows figure 1 shown, including the following steps:

[0026] (1) Establish the first mapping table between the pollution level and the creepage ratio distance, and the second mapping table between the voltage level and the insulator string length threshold, the mechanical strength range of the insulator, and the recommended insulator string type;

[0027] (2) According to the pollution level of the high-voltage line to be designed, look up the creepage ratio distance from the first mapping table above, and calculate the string length L of the insulator to be selected according to the creepage ratio distance and the voltage level of the high-voltage line to be designed 0 , according to the voltage level of the high-voltage line to be designed, look up the insulator string length threshold from the above-mentioned second mapping table, and se...

Abstract

The invention relates to a configuration method of a high-voltage transmission line insulator, belonging to the technical field of transmission line insulation design of a power system. The method comprises the steps as follows: firstly, a mapping table is established according to the existing experience or the corresponding standards, thereby estimating the string length of the insulator to be selected, wherein the insulator is needed in line design; the insulator to be configured is chosen according to the string length of the insulator in the mapping table and mechanical requirements; for a specific insulator to be configured, the salt deposit density of the operated insulator is calculated and the pollution flashover voltage is acquired by the data of the pollution test; in consideration of revisions of a plurality of affection factors, the withstand voltage of the insulator to be configured is calculated and the string length of the insulator is determined according to the target voltage of the line to be designed; and finally, the string length and the string length threshold in the mapping table are calibrated, thereby determining final insulation configuration result. The method realizes two functions of insulator type selecting and size configuration and directly uses the results of the pollution test to calculate, so as to ensure the precision and reliability of insulator configuration to meet the requirements on line pollution outer insulation design.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a configuration method of high-voltage transmission line insulators, in particular to a configuration method of UHV transmission line insulators under polluted conditions, and belongs to the technical field of insulation design of power system transmission lines. Background technique [0002] Transmission line insulator configuration, selection of appropriate insulators and determination of sufficient insulation size, that is, pollution external insulation design is an important part of transmission line construction. Long-term reliable operation. With the increase of the voltage level, the engineering requirements for the pollution external insulation design are also getting higher and higher. UHV transmission lines often span large spans, and there are differences in environmental pollution and climatic conditions in the areas they pass. In addition, the terrain, altitude, insulator material, and shed shape all have an impor...
