Abstract

A device for preventing a motor stator slot wedge from moving comprises a stator core; wherein, a groove is arranged on the stator core and is internally provided with a coil; slot insulation is arranged between the coil and the groove; a wedge is arranged at the opening of the groove; binding wires for preventing the slot wedge from moving are respectively arranged at both ends of the wedge and on vertical parts positioned at both ends of the coil and extending the stator core and form an enclosure. Binding units of the binding wires are more than one groove; binding wires of adjacent binding cross in a stagger way; the end of the slot insulation is provided with a downward turned-over edge as high as the wedge. In the invention, binding wires are added at both ends of the wedge and on the vertical parts at both ends of the coil and extending the stator core, thus preventing the slot wedge from moving, avoiding serious safe accidents such as creepage, ensuring reliable running of the motor and improving the degree of safety. The device is characterized by low manufacturing cost and simple process.
