Abstract

The invention discloses an emergency switched system of NGN service platform database and a realizing method thereof. The system comprises local service databases of each city, back up databases of province emergency centers, a synchronization module and a switching module; wherein, the local service databases and the back up databases are corresponding to each other one by one; the synchronization module is used for completing the data synchronization between the local service databases on NGN service servers of each city and the province center back up databases on province emergency center servers; and the switching module is used for switching the province center back up databases which are corresponding to the city on the province emergency center servers into the local service databases when the NGN service servers of the city are out of service caused by the lock service database. The invention sets up the back up databases on the province emergency center servers, when the local service databases can not be immediately recovered, switches the databases in a connecting way, and accesses the province center back up databases by a synthetic data communication network, so as to fast recover the operation of the system, greatly shorten service interruption time, and minimize the influence to customers and operators.
