Abstract

When a receiver performs CRC check on received data streams and detects that a data stream has errors, the receiver feeds back to a transmitter to request the retransmission of the data stream, and the transmitter determines the corresponding relation between the data stream to be transmitted and a plurality of antennae according to a mode of retransmitting the data stream by other transmitting antennae except a transmitting antenna which transmits the data stream with the errors. The transmission and the retransmission of a same data stream go through different space fading channels so that not only a time diversity gain is obtained through the retransmission, but also an additional space diversity gain is obtained by changing the transmitting sequence, and the probability of successful transmission is improved.
