Abstract

The invention relates to method for interactive and virtual simulation of a combustion process. The method is oriented to a ceramic tunnel kiln. With the ceramic tunnel kiln combustion modelling technology, the visualization technology, the virtual reality technology and the numerical simulation technology taken as the core of the method, and VC++ and OpenGL graphics library taken as implementation tools, the method is used for realizing the interactive and virtual simulation of the combustion process in the ceramic tunnel kiln. Specifically, the method comprises the following steps: 1, an implementation environment is established; 2, the ceramic tunnel kiln is subjected to three-dimensiontal virtual modelling and displayed; 3, the ceramic tunnel kiln is subjected to combustion visualization modelling based on a particle system; 4, panoramic and local interactive three-dimensional travellings are made in a combustion space in the ceramic tunnel kiln; and 5, the three-dimensional dynamic visualization of the combustion process in the ceramic tunnel kiln is realized. By introducing the visualization technology in a research into the combustion process in the ceramic tunnel kiln, the invention can ensure that the analysis is more straightforward and in-depth.
