Problems solved by technology

In recent years, the local grass species in our country has developed rapidly, and more and more wild natural resources have been developed and utilized, and circulated in the market, in order to make producers, users, and sellers understand the quality of seeds in the listing transaction and ensure their interests , the seeds must be inspected, but there are no inspection procedures for many wild resource seeds at home and abroad

Embodiment 1

[0025] Embodiment 1, the optimization of the germination condition of Carex sativa seed

[0026] 1. Optimization of Germination Conditions for Non-Current Year Carex Grass Seeds

[0027] During germination, there will be a series of physiological and biochemical changes and enzymatic reactions inside the seed, all of which need to be carried out within a certain temperature range.

[0028] The net seeds of Carex rigescens (Franch.) V.Krecz. not harvested in the same year (stored for 1 year) were used for germination test. In the test, 4 repetitions were set for each treatment, and 100 seeds were repeated for each repetition. After 21 days, the germination rate of each treatment was counted.

[0029] Treatment 1: wet the filter paper in the culture dish with water; culture condition: constant temperature at 20°C.

[0030] Treatment 2: wet the filter paper in the culture dish with water; culture condition: constant temperature of 25°C.

[0031] Treatment 3: the filter paper i...

Embodiment 2

[0088] Embodiment 2, the inspection of Carex alba seed

[0089] 1. Inspection of non-year-old Carex sativa seeds

[0090] The germination test was carried out on the net seeds of Carex syringae stored for one year. The test was repeated four times, with 100 seeds in each repetition. The culture conditions were as follows: the filter paper in the petri dish was moistened with water; the seeds were first placed in a refrigerator for pre-cooling at 5-10°C 7 days; then adopt the following conditions to culture for 21 days: 8 hours of light culture per day, the temperature of light culture is 30 ° C, 16 hours of dark culture every day, the temperature of dark culture is 20 ° C.

[0091] Carry out the first count in 10 days, count the number of normal germinated seedlings, count and remove the obviously rotten dead seeds from the culture dish at the same time, when the seeds are seriously infected, it is necessary to change the paper bed during the mid-term count. The final count w...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for germination of seeds of Carex rigescens seeds and application thereof. The method comprises the following steps for treating Carex rigescens seeds harvested in previous years or pretreated Carex rigescens seeds harvested in the same year: a) placing the seeds in an absorbent medium soaked in water for cultivation for more than 10 days under conditions of lightcultivation at a temperature of 30 DEG C for 8 to 12 hours per day and dark cultivation at a temperature of 20 DEG C for 16 to 12 hours per day; b) placing the seeds in an absorbent medium soaked in water for more than 10 days under the conditions of light cultivation at a temperature of 25 DEG C for 8 to 12 hours per day and dark cultivation at a temperature of 15 DEG C for 16 to 12 hours per day; and soaking the seeds in a 9 to 40 mass percent NaOH solution for 35 to 45 minutes. The method can be used for germination treatment of Carex rigescens seeds and for quality examination of Carex rigescens. The method has great theoretical and practical significance.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of agriculture, and relates to a method for germination of Carex albicans seeds and an application thereof. Background technique [0002] Carex rigescens Franch., also known as small goatee grass, belongs to the Cyperaceae Carex genus. It is distributed in Liaoning, North China, Shandong, Henan, Northwest China and other places. It is common in grasslands, hillsides, roadsides and rivers. Bian is also a local turfgrass species in Beijing. Carex japonica likes cold climate, has strong cold tolerance, and is resistant to drought, heat, and barrenness, and can adapt to various soil types. It can be used for ornamental and decorative lawns and sports field lawns, as well as ground cover plants on both sides of highways and railways, and greening materials for parks, courtyards, streets, flower beds, etc. Because Carex white glume belongs to the local native turfgrass and ground cover, it not only adapts to the local env...
