Abstract

The invention relates to an acid inhibitor of copper containing dithiocarbamic acid group, and a preparation method thereof. First, 5 percent sodium hydroxide solution is added into a three-neck flask comprising a thermometer, a reflex condensing pipe and an electric stirrer; next, triethylene tetramine is added in; and then carbon bisulfide is added into an ice bath drop by drop. The materials react for 2h in the ice bath; and then the ice bath is removed, so that the temperature gradually rises to 30 DEG C; the materials continue to react for 3h; the materials are washed by ethanol and methanol, suctioned and filtered under vacuum condition, dried at 55 DEG C under vacuum condition, and finally a light yellow product triethylene tetramine-based dithiocarbamic sodium formate. The acid inhibitor of copper is a linear compound, easy to be biodegraded, has no toxin, and has very good inhibiting function to copper in acid medium.
