Abstract

The invention provides a smart card remote writing device and a card writing method. The card writing device comprises a user ID identifying unit for identifying ID of a user, a card sending unit for supplying a smart card to a user, and a card writing control unit with a user input information input module for receiving input information of a user and a card sending control module for controlling the card sending unit. The card writing method comprises obtaining individual information of a user and information input by a user, sending the information to a server; the card writing device authorizes the individualized data returned from the server and the card writing component, and then writes the individualized data into a blank card. A user can finishes writing operation of the smart card indecently. The invention is convenient for a user to buy the smart card, and the invention reduces workload of sales personnel selling the smart card.
