The system comprises a client end, a gateway, a gateway server, a memory and a publish server, wherein the gateway submits IP address information which is corresponded to an area network to the gateway server, the gateway server receives information which is reported by the gateway and stores in the memory, the memory stores area network information and published information which at least comprises published contents and published range, the publish server reads the area network information and the published information from the memory and stores the published information into corresponding area network information, the area network which belongs to the client end is found out from the local memory according to an IP address of the client end after the client end is checked to be on line, and the published information contents in the area network information is sent to the client end. The invention can realize that corresponding information is published to the client end in a specific area with aims through utilizing the invention, which increases the precision for publishing information.
