A server automatically creates a medicine take-out list on a OutMedTable according to prescription information in a hospital information system and confirms layer quantity and column quantity of all medicines on a prescription based on a principle of first entry and prior take-out and quantity of medicines to be taken out from this storage position and saves these details into a OutMedTableBH. A medicine take-out control system controller reads medicine take-out information saved in the OutMedTableBH and confirms each height of a storage layer for all medicines in a prescription by querying a cengpos_tab table according to the medicine layer quantity to order these heights from inferior to superior ones and take out all medicines in the prescription from inferior to superior ones. While all medicines are taken out, the server modifies medicine quantity in a StoreTable according to completion state fed back by the medicine take-out control system controller. The present invention effectively eliminates slow medicine dispatch and lower storage density in current drugstores and fully improves medicine dispatch accuracy and speed.
