Embodiment Construction

[0019] Reference will now be made in detail to the preferred embodiments of the invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings.

[0020] FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a paste dispenser according to the present invention. FIG. 2 is a schematic view showing loading of a glass substrate onto a workbench in the paste dispenser according to the present invention. FIG. 3 is a schematic view showing a change in the relationship between a glass substrate and a stage, which occurs during a process from loading a glass substrate onto the stage to unloading the glass substrate from the stage.

[0021] The paste dispenser according to the present invention comprises: a main body 10; a workbench 20, which is arranged on the main body 10; an ionizer 65, which is connected to the workbench 20; and a dispensing system, which distributes the paste to the Workbench 20 on the glass substrate.

Abstract

The present invention provides a mash distributor, including a table having air holes, wherein the glass substrate is absorbed by these holes to maintain the table at suitable position; an ion generator arranged on the table and jetting ion to the lower surface of the glass substrate to prevent the static; and a distributing system for distributing the mass onto the glass substrate when moving along 'X' and 'Y' directions. An embodiment of the present invention provides advantages of preventing the static between the glass substrate and the table, which makes the defect caused by static minimized.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a paste dispenser capable of preventing static electricity from being generated between a workbench and a glass substrate on which a paste pattern is formed. Background technique [0002] Flat panel displays incorporate a growing number of technologies that enable video displays to be much lighter and thinner than conventional televisions and video displays using cathode ray tubes, and flat panel displays are typically less than 10 cm (4 inches) thick. Flat panel displays that need to be continuously updated include liquid crystal displays (LCDs), plasma displays, field emission displays (FEDs), organic light emitting diode displays (OLEDs), surface conduction electron emission displays (SEDs), nano-emission displays (NEDs), and electronic Luminescent Displays (ELDs). [0003] Liquid crystal displays (LCDs) are thin, flat panel display devices made of any number of color or monochrome pixels positioned in front of a li...
