The device comprises a jaw-shaped carrier body 1 of thermoplastic, for example biocompatible synthetic resin, from which two metal antennae 2 protrude. The antenna here extends from the outer end of the carrier body 1 on either side, but is otherwise imperviously embedded in its material to prevent corrosion or other damaging influences thereon.
