Problems solved by technology

[0002] Foil stamping and embossing on fabrics is a common processing method, but the previous method is to stamp on one machine, and then emboss after it is completely fixed (on another machine). Although this method is simple , but the traditional hot stamping process is difficult to obtain products with excellent performance due to the limitations of the process and raw materials. The specific performance is poor weather resistance such as light resistance, low rubbing fastness, and the product's face is too industrialized.
However, it will be difficult to obtain products with bronzing and embossing according to the regular pattern after embossing, not to mention imitating the denim style after leather embossing, which is very popular in the market. In the past, this style of genuine leather was made by hand rubbing, and the production was heavy, primitive and unstable.

Embodiment Construction

[0011] see figure 1 , the carrier 1 is the material that runs through the front and back in this method, it should have the performance of being able to be printed by PU paste, and it has plasticity when it is embossed, and it must have the PU pattern when separating the carrier 1 and the fabric after embossing and drying 2 is completely separated from the characteristics of carrier 1. It can be a polyester film 4 coated with a release agent 3 on the surface with a certain thickness, or a release paper with a certain strength, or other strips with release properties.

[0012] see figure 2 , image 3 PU paste is used as the printing medium. After the carrier 1 passes through the printing device 5, the surface of the carrier 1 has a designated printed multi-color PU pattern. flower position, and the pattern is facing the embossing pattern, and the fabric 12 to be printed is introduced into the embossing device 7 at this time, and is pressed together with the carrier 1. The e...

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for simultaneous implementing PU transfer printing and embossment to fabric and device for exerting the method. The method includes: using PU paste as printing medium and printing the same on carrier; press-fitting the fabric to be printed and the carrier and PU pattern having not solidified on surface of the carrier to implement embossment; drying the PU paste to fixed the same on the fabric; separating the carrier from the fabric. The device of the invention includes: a printing device for printing the PU pattern on the carrier, a conveyor device for conveying the carrier, an embossment device for press-fitting the fabric to be printed and the carrier and PU pattern having not solidified on surface of the carrier together, a drying device for fixing the PU on the fabric, and a separation device arranged at tail end of the drying device. The invention realizes simultaneous implementing PU transfer printing and embossment to fabric, thereby resolving the problem of stepwise implementing the transfer printing and embossment existing in current problem, so that production efficiency and operation performance can be improved, and fabrics with different style can be produced.
