Wherein, the invention uses three electrode method to organic plate film; the electrolyte solution comprises triazine organic compound salt at 0.5-13mmol / l, electrolyte at 0.25-5mol / l; the pH valve of plate liquid is 8-12, the current density is 0.5-2A / m2; the plating time is 10-50min; the function nanometer organic film thickness can be controlled in 6-25nm along the change of current density and plating time; the ethylen-propylene rubber is put on the surface of plated casting iron work piece, to be embedded into mould, keeping temperature at 130-155Deg. C for 3-30min, crosslinking, to obtain the combined ethylen-propylene rubber / casting iron element. The invention has simple process and stable quality.
