Benefits of technology

This patented innovative technique involves combining specific techniques with certain types of vegetables that are suitable for growing them under controlled conditions or natural environments like soil. By doing it over time, these plants have developed better ways of producing seeds called quasiafruit (a type of rooting crop). These roots help water well during winter months by allowing rainwater from rainfalls through their cells into the ground where they grow more moisture without losing any nutrients. Additionally, there're some benefits associated with making use of Spora spp., such as reducing costs while maintaining efficient methods of culturing plant material. Overall, this process allows creation of an improved source of food crops at a lower risk than traditional ones due to less expensive labor required and reduced environmental impact.

Problems solved by technology

This patented technical problem addressed by this patents describes how natural dried root plants called Qutler Frutezodescent Louronina or Trimboca Platyne Wallis commonly referred to as “Qiksha” provide new ways to make medical supplies like quincefruit more accessible while maintaining their beneficial properties.

Embodiment 1

[0021] The spore culture of embodiment 1, oak fern

[0022] Medium:

[0023] 1 / 2 MS medium: the macronutrients and trace elements are 1 / 2 of the full amount of MS medium, the concentration of iron salt and organic components is the same as MS medium, 0.5% (W / V) agar, pH 5.8. After boiling, it was divided into 100mL Erlenmeyer flasks, and then sterilized by high-pressure steam at 121°C for 20min.

[0024] 1. Sterilization of Quercus fern spores

[0025] Take 5mg of mature Quercus fern spores and put them in a 1.5mL centrifuge tube, drop them into sterile water, oscillate fully to make a suspension, let stand for 2 hours, centrifuge at 4000r / min for 1min, discard the supernatant; then drop about Disinfect and sterilize the spores with 1.2 mL of 5% NaClO solution (each 100 mL of this solution contains 0.1 mL of Tween-80). After 4 min, centrifuge at 4000 r / min for 1 min, discard the supernatant; finally rinse with sterile water for 4-5 Once, a sterile spore suspension was obtai...

Abstract

The present invention discloses Drynariaceae propagating process. Drynariaceae spore is first sterilized and then inoculated onto 1/2MS solid culture medium to obtain sporophore seedling, and the sporophore seedling is transplanted to obtain Drynariaceae. The sterilizing liquid is solution containing Tween-80 in 0.1-0.2 wt% and NaOCl in 4-6 wt%. The spore culturing includes the first dark culturing at 24-26 deg.c for 24-72 hr and the subsequent culturing at lighting strength of 2000-2300 lx and lighting time of 10-14 hr each day. The said process makes it possible to obtain great amount of sporophore with small amount of spore, and realize the large scale industrial production of Drynariaceae. In addition, the present invention provides excellent experiment system for the research of Drynariaceae variety and has wide application foreground.
