A plurality of first rubber belts (4) are arranged at the front part of an upper (1) of each shoe; each first rubber belt (4) is formed by superposing a first outer-layer rubber belt (4a), a first middle-layer rubber belt (4b) and a first inner-layer rubber belt (4c); air vents are densely distributed in each first outer-layer rubber belt (4a), each first middle-layer rubber belt (4b) and each first inner-layer rubber belt (4c); a second opening is formed in each of the left side and the right side of the rear part of the upper (1); the second openings in the left side and the right side are symmetrical, and extend from the upper end of the rear part of the upper (1) to the lower end of the rear part of the upper (1); a second rubber belt (4') matched with each second opening in shape and size is arranged at each second opening; air vents with the same aperture are further densely distributed in each second rubber belt (4'). According to the invention, the ventilating function of the shoes can be effectively enhanced, the wearing becomes more convenient and the time for wearing is saved.
