Problems solved by technology

[0013] Furthermore, in conventional angular contact ball bearings, the lubricant filling space 59 on the outer diameter side formed between the outer ring 50 and the cage 52 and the lubricant filling space on the inner diameter side formed between the cage 52 and the inner ring 51 60 communicates through the small cavity gap 58 and the guide gap 57, so the fluidity of the lubricant is poor, and there is a problem that it is easy to generate heat due to the stirring of the lubricant
[0014] Moreover, due to the contact between the ball 54 and the conical guide surface 56 and the corresponding curved surface with a small difference in radius of curvature, there is a large shear force when the lubricant is sheared due to the contact with the self-rotating ball 54, and the torque of the bearing big problem

Embodiment Construction

[0046] Below, according to Figure 1 to Figure 14 Embodiments of the present invention will be described. Figure 1 to Figure 6 A first embodiment of the angular contact ball bearing of the present invention is shown. As shown in the figure, the angular contact ball bearing is composed of an outer ring 1 , an inner ring 11 disposed inside the outer ring 1 , a cage 21 inserted between the two rings 1 and 11 , and balls 31 held by the cage 21 .

[0047] The holder 21 is composed of a molded product of synthetic resin. Polyamide (PA), polyether ketone ether (PEEK) and polyether sulfane (PES) added with fillers such as glass fiber or carbon fiber are used as synthetic resins.

[0048] The retainer 21 has a configuration in which a plurality of pockets 23 for accommodating the balls 31 are formed at equal intervals in the circumferential direction on the annular body 22 .

[0049] The pocket 23 is made cylindrical. On the cylindrical inner surface 24 of the recess 23, as imag...

Abstract

Provided is an angular ball bearing capable of controlling the whirling of a retainer at the time of high speed rotation. The retainer 21 of the synthetic resin is installed between an outer ring 1 and an inner ring 11, and the balls 31 are accommodated in a pocket 23 formed in the retainer 21. The pocket 23 is made to be cylindrical and a conical guide face 26 is formed at the end of inner diameter side of the back and front part of the retainer circumference direction of its cylindrical inner face 24. A curvature radius at the end of a large diameter of this conical guide face 26 is made larger than that of the cylindrical guide face 24 and a contact point of the balls 31 to the conical guide face 26 is prevented not to displace largely toward the diameter at the time of high speed rotation and then the whirling of the retainer 21 is controlled.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a cage made of synthetic resin and an angular contact ball bearing for ball bearings suitable for high-speed rotation. Background technique [0002] The technology described in Patent Document 1 is known as a high-speed angular contact ball bearing suitable for rotatably supporting a high-speed rotating shaft such as a spindle of a machine tool. [0003] Figure 15 It is the angular contact ball bearing described in the above-mentioned Patent Document 1. In this angular contact ball bearing, a cage 52 made of synthetic resin is inserted between an outer ring 50 and an inner ring 51, and balls 54 are accommodated in each of a plurality of pockets 53 formed at equal intervals in the circumferential direction of the cage 52. The balls 54 support the outer ring 50 and the inner ring 51 so as to be relatively rotatable. [0004] In addition, the recess 53 formed on the retainer 52 is cylindrical, and a conical guide surfac...
