The logging instrument comprises a circuit bin, a centralizer II, a liquid inlet pipeline, a rubber current collector, a controllable rotary accumulation bin sleeved with a centralizer I and a liquid outlet pipeline which are sequentially connected; one or more groups of non-choked flow accumulation type parameter measurement modules are connected between the controllable rotary accumulation bin and the liquid outlet pipeline; the control system comprises a light emitting module, a light receiving module, a signal processing module, a multi-channel programmed switch, a motor driving circuit module, a relay module, a power supply module, a main controller module, a timer module and a visualization module.
