Abstract

One or more embodiments of the invention provide a service providing method and device. The method is applied to an agent platform, the agent platform is configured between an application and a basic service and stores information of a comprehensive service multiplexing the basic service, the information of the comprehensive service comprises northbound interface information, southbound interface information and an arrangement type, the northbound interface is an interface for the agent platform to provide the comprehensive service for the application, and the southbound interface is an interface for the agent platform to provide the comprehensive service for the application. The southbound interface is an interface for the agent platform to call corresponding basic services; the method comprises the following steps: in response to an access request initiated to a northbound interface by any application, determining information of a target integrated service to which the northbound interface belongs; accessing the southbound interfaces based on the southbound interface information and the arrangement type, and obtaining response data returned by each southbound interface; and organizing response data of each southbound interface based on the response template of the northbound interface to obtain a final response and returning the final response to the application.
