Embodiment Construction

[0044] In order to further explain the technical means and functions adopted by the present invention to achieve the intended purpose, the present invention will be described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and preferred embodiments.

[0045] The present invention provides a radiofrequency ablation catheter 100, including: a tube body, an ablation electrode 100 and a temperature sensor group, wherein the ablation electrode 100 is columnar and located at the end of the tube body, such as figure 1shown. Different parts of the ablation electrode 100 are provided with a temperature sensor group composed of a plurality of temperature sensors 120 to detect the temperature of different parts of the ablation electrode 100, wherein at least one end surface temperature sensor is provided on the bottom surface of the free end of the ablation electrode 100 120 , at least two side temperature sensors 120 are arranged at intervals on the inner side of the ablat...

Abstract

The invention provides a radiofrequency ablation catheter and a posture recognition and adjustment method thereof. The radiofrequency ablation catheter comprises a catheter body, an ablation electrode and a temperature sensor set, and the ablation electrode is columnar and located at the end of the catheter body. The invention further provides a posture recognition and posture adjustment method of the radiofrequency ablation catheter, and the posture recognition and posture adjustment method is used for detecting the contact type of the radiofrequency ablation catheter and the heart focus tissue and feeding back to an operator to adjust the posture of the catheter, so that the catheter is in forward contact with the heart focus tissue. After forward contact, proper ablation energy and ablation time of the radiofrequency ablation instrument are determined, so that the operation safety can be improved, and scabbing and knocking caused by excessive ablation are reduced.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to the technical field of radiofrequency ablation catheters, in particular to a radiofrequency ablation catheter and a posture recognition and adjustment method thereof. Background technique [0002] Radiofrequency ablation catheter is currently the most commonly used minimally invasive interventional technology for the treatment of arrhythmia. Its basic principle is: send the radiofrequency ablation catheter to the target cardiac cavity through sheaths of different lengths, and accurately locate the heart rhythm under the guidance of three-dimensional mapping technology. For the origin of abnormality, contact the columnar ablation electrode at the tip of the catheter with the focus tissue with effective contact force, and then emit radiofrequency current through the return electrode attached to the patient's skin. The radiofrequency current flows through the electrode through the lesion tissue below the electrode, generat...
