Abstract

The invention provides a flow velocity detection device, method and system, and relates to the field of instruments and meters. The flow velocity detection device comprises: a light-emitting element used for emitting light; a reflecting foil which directly faces the light-emitting element, wherein the reflecting foil and the light-emitting element are arranged at intervals, the reflecting foil is an elastic foil, and the reflecting foil is used for reflecting the light rays; and a photoelectric conversion element, wherein the photoelectric conversion element is arranged around the light-emitting element and is used for receiving the light reflected by the reflecting foil and generating an electric signal for measuring and calculating the flow velocity. The flow velocity detection device has the advantages of being simple in structure, small in size, low in manufacturing cost and high in sensitivity to flow velocity changes.
