Abstract

The invention provides a mine rigid shaft guide spacing measurement system and method. The system comprises a first eddy current displacement sensor used for measuring a first actual distance between the first eddy current displacement sensor and one side of a shaft guide, a first laser displacement sensor used for measuring a second actual distance between the first laser displacement sensor and a first sliding block, a second eddy current displacement sensor used for measuring a third actual distance between the second eddy current displacement sensor and the other side of the shaft guide, a second laser displacement sensor used for measuring a fourth actual distance between the second laser displacement sensor and a second sliding block, and a controller which determines the distance between the shaft guides according to the first actual distance, the second actual distance, the third actual distance, the fourth actual distance, a fifth actual distance, a sixth actual distance and a seventh actual distance. Therefore, non-contact measurement of the first actual distance and the third actual distance can be realized with high precision based on the eddy current effect of the eddy current displacement sensor, and the measurement precision is ensured; and the measurement system can synchronously run along with a lifting container, and the shaft guide gap and the joint dislocation amount are accurately measured.
