Abstract

The invention relates to a medical data relationship mining method and device, electronic equipment and a computer readable medium. The method comprises the steps: obtaining first medical data and second medical data in a target text, wherein the first medical data and the second medical data are extracted from the target text through an entity recognition algorithm; obtaining at least one of own features of the first medical data, own features of the second medical data, peripheral text features of the first medical data and the second medical data, syntactic dependency analysis features and sentence morphological features to obtain feature vectors of the first medical data and the second medical data; and inputting the feature vectors into a trained classification model, and judging a target relationship between the first medical data and the second medical data. According to the method, the relationship between the medical data in the clinical case text can be efficiently identified, the medical data relationship mining efficiency is improved, and further data statistical analysis is facilitated.
