Abstract

The invention discloses a slacks-based measure model (SBM)-based water environment bearing capacity evaluation method considering unexpected output, and aims to provide a scientific basis for regional water environment management and protection. The method comprises the following steps: (1) selecting an input element index, an expected output index and an unexpected output index, and constructing a basin water environment bearing capacity input-output index system; (2) evaluating the bearing capacity of the water environment by applying an SBM model considering unexpected output; (3), carrying out the prediction of the bearing capacity of the water environment through an autoregressive moving average (ARMA) model (autoregressive moving average (ARMA)); and (4) analyzing and judging the influence direction and strength of the influence factors on the bearing capacity of the water environment by using Tobit regression. The SBM model considering the unexpected output is introduced into the water environment bearing capacity evaluation for the first time, and the water environment bearing capacity is reflected by utilizing the water pollution discharge performance.
