The method comprises the steps that according to a plurality of single offices obtained through division of the whole floor, by taking one of the offices as an example, information of the number of people in a room is obtained; based on the information of the number of people in the room and the opening condition of an indoor air conditioner module, if the number of people in the room is zero and the indoor air conditioner module is in an opening state, the indoor air conditioner module is controlled to be closed; if the number of people in the room is not zero and the indoor air conditioner module is in a closed state, common air conditioner mode information and common air conditioner temperature information are obtained; and the indoor air conditioner module is controlled to be started based on the common air conditioner mode information and the common air conditioner temperature information.
