Problems solved by technology

Scholars at home and abroad have also carried out some exploratory research on the value of rare and endangered wild plant diversity. However, scholars have done more research on the value evaluation of a single plant species. On the system scale, there is less involvement in large-scale value assessment. The reason is that it is not easy to obtain the distribution range of rare and endangered wild plants on a large scale by manpower, so that the conservation value of species cannot be quickly calculated from space, and it is impossible to allow The public and biodiversity management decision-making departments realize the importance of regional species protection in a timely manner

Embodiment Construction

[0040] Such as figure 1 As shown, a method for calculating the protection value of rare and endangered wild plants based on remote sensing technology includes the following steps:

[0041] (1) Using Landsat8 remote sensing images, in ENVI software, using object-oriented image classification tools, according to the actual situation of the region, interpret and obtain regional ecosystem type data.

[0042] ⑵According to the regional ecosystem type data, extract the area data of towns, residential areas, farmland, railways, and roads in Arcgis, and convert them into raster data, so that the spatial resolution is unified to 30m.

[0043] (3) Calculate the normalized difference vegetation index NDVI by using the red and near-infrared bands of Landsat8, and then calculate the vegetation coverage F.

[0044] Among them: the vegetation coverage F is calculated according to the following formula:

[0045] F = (NDVI - NDVI min) / ( NDVI max - NDVI min ).

Abstract

The invention relates to a rare and endangered wild plant protection value calculation method based on a remote sensing technology. The method comprises the following steps: (1) carrying out interpretation by using a Landsat8 remote sensing image according to the actual situation of a region to obtain the type data of a regional ecosystem; (2) extracting planar data and converting the planar data into raster data; (3) calculating a normalized vegetation index and vegetation coverage; (4) determining a list of rare and endangered wild plants in the region; (5) respectively calculating the off-site protection cost of the arbor and the off-site protection cost of the herbaceous plants, and determining the off-site protection cost of the rare and endangered wild plants; (6) screening habitat suitability influence factors of each rare and endangered wild plant species; (7) assigning the habitat suitability of the rare and endangered wild plant species; (8) establishing a habitat suitability evaluation model; (9) obtaining a species richness spatial distribution diagram; and (10) calculating the protection value of the rare and endangered wild plants. According to the method, more refined, scientific and reasonable calculation of the protection value of large-scale rare and endangered wild plants can be quickly realized.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the fields of biotechnology and new generation information technology, in particular to a method for calculating the protection value of rare and endangered wild plants based on remote sensing technology. Background technique [0002] The value assessment of rare and endangered wild plant species is an important aspect of biodiversity value assessment, and its value assessment plays an important role. As a part of natural resources, rare and endangered wild plant species resources have different functions and uses, and are valuable species resources. They have scientific research value, aesthetic value, purification of the atmospheric environment, and regulation of local climate. The value of rare and endangered wild plant species not only has direct use value for our daily needs, but also has inestimable indirect use value. [0003] With the development of society and economy, due to the destruction of natural ecosystems and ...
