The three-proofing filtration purification and positive pressure control device comprises a main frame body, a canister, an air filter and a positive pressure control mechanism, wherein the positive pressure control mechanism comprises a fan, a controller, a human-computer interface, a first differential pressure transducer and a second differential pressure transducer; the main frame body comprises a bottom plate, a support and a box body; an outlet of the air filter communicates with an inlet of the fan; an outlet of the fan communicates with an inlet of the canister; and an air supply outlet of the canister is used for communicating with a controlled cabin; a positive pressure measuring opening of the first pressure difference transducer is used for being connected with internal air of the controlled cabin, and a negative pressure measuring opening of the first pressure difference transducer is used for being connected with the external environment of the controlled cabin; and a positive pressure measuring opening of the second pressure difference transducer is used for being connected with the external environment of the controlled cabin, and a negative pressure measuring port of the second differential pressure transducer is arranged at an outlet of the air filter.
