The method comprises the steps: taking a mine slope as a research object, and establishing a multi-objective optimization nonlinear mathematical programming model of mine slope stability safety and excavation economy, wherein the model takes the maximum value of the safety coefficient and the maximum value of the excavation benefit as objective functions at the same time; taking the excavation slope ratio and the shearing force and the normal force of the structural surface as decision variables, and taking the balance equation constraint condition of the slope slip mass and the yield condition of the structural surface as constraint conditions, wherein a gravity function constructed in the constraint conditions can change along with the change of the excavation slope ratio; therefore, the constraint condition of the limit balance of the slope slip mass can be well related to the safety and the economy of the mine slope, and the actual mine slope excavation requirement is better met; by means of the method, the optimal excavation slope rate of the mine slope can be directly obtained, and the excavation benefit is the highest; meanwhile, the stability safety coefficient is the maximum, and then the unification of excavation economy and stability safety is achieved.
