The device is characterized in that: at least a plurality of dehumidification modules are arranged around the mesh belt group in the conveying direction of the mesh belt group; and a cooling heat recovery module for reducing the temperature of discharged sludge and recovering heat of the discharged sludge is arranged around the mesh belt group at the position close to the sludge outlet.
