Abstract

The pre-tightening force acquisition station comprises a signal acquisition layer and N stress sensors, and the N stress sensors are circumferentially distributed; each stress sensor comprises a closed loop composed of a power supply, a fixed resistor, a slide rheostat, a spring and a galvanometer, the first end of the spring is connected with the sliding end of the slide rheostat, and the second end of the spring is connected with the galvanometer; the second ends of all the springs are fixed at the central point of the pre-tightening force acquisition station; the first end of each spring is further connected with a pull ring through a pre-tightening force trigger line, and the pull rings are fixed to the bolts.
