Abstract

The invention relates to a macromolecular anionic-nonionic emulsifier and a preparation method thereof. The emulsifier is prepared from 15-20% of a vinyl monomer, 5-8% of a hydroxyl reactive monomer, 8-10% of a nonionic reactive monomer, 18-22% of an organic acid reactive monomer, 4-5% of an initiator, 20-25% of a neutralizer and the balance of a solvent. According to the scheme, the hydroxyl reactive monomer can endow the emulsifier with high emulsifying capacity and good dispersity and wettability, a polymer with the characteristics of a nonionic emulsifier is prepared by jointly using the hydroxyl reactive monomer and the nonionic monomer, and a small particle size can be obtained when the polymer is used for preparing an emulsion; the macromolecular polymer prepared by the method has the characteristics of both nonionic and anionic emulsifiers, has larger molecular weight, improves the water resistance of a paint film, and has the characteristics of fine particle size and high emulsibility; and the emulsifier is relatively high in stability, does not flocculate, is high in emulsion tolerance and has an extremely good emulsifying effect.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of emulsifier preparation, in particular to a macromolecular anion-nonionic emulsifier and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Emulsification is the effect of one liquid being uniformly dispersed in another immiscible liquid as tiny droplets. Emulsification is a liquid-liquid interface phenomenon. Two immiscible liquids, such as oil and water, are separated into two layers in a container, with the oil with lower density in the upper layer and the water with higher density in the lower layer. If an appropriate surfactant is added under vigorous stirring, the oil is dispersed in water to form an emulsion, a process called emulsification. The types of commonly used emulsifiers are divided into three types: anionic, cationic and non-ionic. [0003] Anionic emulsifiers can obtain good particle size in the process of emulsion preparation, but they also have defects such as poor stability....
