Abstract

The invention relates to an in-vitro simulation device for interventional therapy of heart diseases. The in-vitro simulation device comprises a heart assembly used for simulating the heart of a humanbody and a power part used for simulating the beating frequency and amplitude of the heart. The heart assembly comprises an atrial component and a ventricular component, the atrial component comprisesa left atrium and a right atrium, and the ventricular component comprises a left ventricle and a right ventricle. The left ventricle is communicated with the left atrium and/or the right ventricle iscommunicated with the right atrium, and the left ventricle is provided with a mitral valve and/or the right ventricle is provided with a tricuspid valve; the power component is communicated with theleft ventricle and/or the right ventricle; according to the in-vitro simulation device, opening and closing of the mitral valve and/or the tricuspid valve are/is controlled by simulating the frequencyand amplitude of heart beat of a human body, so that an operator can simulate operation of a mitral valve and/or tricuspid valve treatment operation on the heart assembly by using an interventional medical instrument under the condition of heart beat; and the operation level of medical staff is improved, and research and development staff can conduct experimental study on medical instruments.
