Abstract

The invention relates to a preparation method of an organic fertilizer, which comprises the following steps of: (1) carrying out ball milling on attapulgite to obtain attapulgite powder; (2) mixing organic matter raw materials including crop waste powder, animal waste, animal bone meal and compound bacterium powder, adding water, and uniformly stirring to obtain an organic matter heap; then pavingthe attapulgite powder obtained in the step (1) on the surface of the organic matter heap, and fermenting to obtain fermented soil; or firstly paving a layer of attapulgite powder at the bottom of the organic matter heap, then paving the attapulgite powder obtained in the step (1) on the surface of the organic matter heap, and fermenting to obtain fermented soil; and (3) turning the fermented soil obtained in the step (2), uniformly stirring, paving attapulgite powder on the surface of the fermented soil, and carrying out secondary fermentation to obtain the organic fertilizer product. The method has the advantages of simple production process, no peculiar smell in the production process, no pollution to the environment and low production cost.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for preparing organic fertilizer, in particular to a method for preparing organic fertilizer by using attapulgite powder. Background technique [0002] The preparation methods of organic fertilizers mainly include aerobic fermentation and anaerobic fermentation. Aerobic fermentation can easily lead to the volatilization of organic carbon, nitrogen and other compounds, resulting in the loss of effective components of fertilizers, strong odor, and serious environmental pollution. Anaerobic fermentation refers to the biological fermentation of crop waste, animal manure and other organic matter under sealed conditions. During the production process, soil or plastic film is often used to cover the sealed fermentation. After the initial fermentation, the temperature rises rapidly, but the distribution is uneven. The temperature in the middle of the core is too high, often as high as 80°C or above, which affects the survival...
