Abstract

The invention discloses an implementation method of a hand stimulation training device based on machine learning. The hand stimulation training device comprises a glove, an inflator pump, a control device, a wireless module and a remote terminal, wherein the glove comprises finger parts, a palm part, a hand back part, inflation inlets which are formed in the tail ends of middle finger sleeves of the finger parts, the center of the palm part and the center of the hand back part respectively and communicate with an inflation pump, and a plurality of stimulation components which are arranged in the glove and distributed according to acupuncture points of the hand; and all the stimulation components are electrically connected with the control device. The implementation method comprises the following steps: (1) establishing a database; (2) pretreating raw data; (3) processing missing data; (4) developing a neural network model; and (5) generating a prediction guide for hand stimulation training. The corresponding neural network model is established in a machine learning mode, the stimulation training recovery degree under different hand nerve injury conditions is predicted through the model, and guidance can be provided for doctors to make an optimal training plan.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of medical devices, in particular to a method for realizing a hand stimulation training device based on machine learning. Background technique [0002] Hand acupuncture, also known as hand acupuncture. It is formed on the basis of traditional Chinese acupuncture and moxibustion combined with biological holographic theory and rules, and stimulates specific areas and acupoints of the hand through acupuncture and other methods to treat diseases. After years of practice, electroacupuncture has been applied to hand acupuncture to treat diseases in modern times, and more experience has been accumulated in the positioning, adaptation range and stimulation methods of hand acupuncture point lines. Hand acupuncture has become one of the commonly used treatment methods by some clinicians. First, it has achieved remarkable curative effect in the treatment of a large number of pediatric patients. The hand-acupuncture s...
