Abstract

The invention discloses a system for predicting diseases based on upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage, equipment, and a storage medium. The system comprises a data acquisition module used for extractingthe gastrointestinal hemorrhage from an electronic case library to serve as a case sample of a clinical first chief complaint symptom, a feature extraction module used for extracting symptom information of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage in each case sample, related biological index data and corresponding disease names to form case sample feature vectors, a disease clustering module used for clustering the case sample feature vectors by adopting an improved K-means clustering algorithm optimized by a bird flock algorithm, and a combined diagnosis module used for clustering to-be-diagnosed cases and establishing a combined diagnosis model based on symptom information and biological index data of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage. On the basis of an improved clustering algorithm, joint diagnosis and screening are carried out based on the symptom information of the gastrointestinal hemorrhage and effective biological indexes, and the cause and result of the upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage can be accurately predicted.
