Abstract

The invention provides a correction method for testing four blood coagulation items. The method comprises the following steps of testing the to-be-tested samples for four blood coagulation items on aspecified blood coagulation test system to obtain an initial test result; performing correction calculation on the initial test result through a correction equation to obtain a final test result, wherein the correction equation is determined according to the following methods of a) determining the correlation between the specified blood coagulation test system and a standard blood coagulation testsystem to obtain a correlation equation; b) calibrating the standard blood coagulation test system to obtain a calibration equation for four blood coagulation items; and c) substituting the correlation equation obtained in the step a) into the calibration equation for four blood coagulation items obtained in the step b) to obtain a correction equation. According to the calibration method, the correlation is established between the specified blood coagulation test system and the standard blood coagulation test system, and then the standard blood coagulation test system is calibrated, so that the calibration process of the specified blood coagulation test system is transferred to the standard blood coagulation test system, and the calibration method has higher accuracy.
