Abstract

The invention provides an efficiency evaluation scheme based on an environmental fuzzy factor in a satellite communication system efficiency evaluation technology based on cognitive radio. In performance evaluation of a cognitive satellite communication system, an environmental fuzzy factor is innovatively added to construct an environmental parameter system on the basis of combination of an analytic hierarchy process and a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Firstly, an index parameter system is constructed according to an analytic hierarchy process, and then an environment parameter system is constructed according to the surrounding environment and environment fuzzy factors. A fuzzy operator of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method can make up the weight subjectivity problem of ananalytic hierarchy process, and the analytic hierarchy process can simplify the tedious steps of data preprocessing of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Besides, the newly added environmental parameter system not only can evaluate the efficiency of the satellite communication system more truly, but also can dynamically adjust the input parameters of the system, thereby achieving the effect of feeding back the system and improving the overall efficiency of the system.
