Abstract

The embodiment of the invention provides an organic light-emitting device and a display device. The organic light-emitting device comprises an anode, a cathode and a light-emitting layer arranged between the anode and the cathode, wherein the light-emitting layer comprises a first light-emitting layer body, a second light-emitting layer body and a middle light-emitting layer body arranged betweenthe first light-emitting layer body and the second light-emitting layer body. The first light-emitting layer or the second light-emitting layer comprises a guest material doped in a host material; thefirst light-emitting layer and the second light-emitting layer are used for forming an exciplex, and the exciplex and the guest material meet the conditions: S1(AEX)-S1(B) >=0.1 eV, and T1(AEX)-T1 (B)>=0.1 eV. According to the invention, the separation of a luminescence center and a recombination center is effectively realized, a non-radiation effect is reduced, a trap effect of a TADF material on charges is reduced, triplet exciton annihilation is reduced, efficiency roll-off is avoided, and device performance is improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The present disclosure relates to, but is not limited to, the field of display technology, and in particular, to an organic electroluminescence device and a display device. Background technique [0002] Organic Light Emitting Device (OLED) is an active light-emitting device, which has the advantages of light emission, ultra-thin, wide viewing angle, high brightness, high contrast, low power consumption, and extremely high response speed. Promising next-generation display technology. An OLED includes an anode, a cathode, and an organic light-emitting layer disposed between the anode and the cathode. The light-emitting principle is to inject holes and electrons into the light-emitting layer from the anode and the cathode, respectively. When the electrons and holes meet in the light-emitting layer , electrons and holes recombine in the light-emitting layer to generate excitons, which emit light while transitioning from an excited state to a ground state....
