Problems solved by technology

This process has very high experience requirements for the operator, and the human control is easy to change after the force is applied. At the same time, the long-term resistance will consume a lot of physical strength of the surgeon, so it may cause single operation during the operation. The failure of the first operation will affect the accuracy of the correction, resulting in unsatisfactory postoperative results and the possibility of a second operation.

Abstract

The invention discloses an accurate control type reset device for scoliosis deformity correction. The device comprises a cross beam and foot clamping rods; a connecting piece is sleeved on the foot clamping rod; the connecting piece is provided with a rotating shaft, which penetrates through a cross beam and is connected with a bearing arranged in the cross beam; the bearing section is rectangular; a lock rod is arranged at upper end of the bearing; the lock rod penetrates through a transverse groove in the upper end of the cross beam and is in swing connection with a bearing locking mechanismcapable of pulling up the lock rod to lock the position of the bearing; a driving rod is provided with a driving mechanism for driving the driving rod to rotate to press a rotating shaft lock disc; the driving mechanism is arranged in the cross beam; a cam is arranged on the driving rod corresponding to the outer top surface of the rotating shaft lock disc; and the cam presses the rotating shaftlock disc in the rotating process of the driving rod, so that the rotating shaft lock disc is meshed with a bearing fluted disc. The reset device can effectively and simply control each action node, thereby being more beneficial to accurate operation of surgery.

Description

Background technique [0001] Scoliosis is commonly known as scoliosis. The spine of a normal person should be a straight line when viewed from the back, that is, the coronal plane, and the trunk is symmetrical on both sides. The International Scoliosis Society (SRS) believes that the Cobb angle of the spine is greater than 10°, which can be diagnosed as Scoliosis. Scoliosis causes back appearance deformity accompanied by related functional impairment. In severe cases, secondary thoracic deformity may affect cardiopulmonary development, or even cardiopulmonary failure, which greatly reduces the quality of life of patients. Therefore, it needs to be corrected according to the degree of scoliosis. At present, surgery is an effective way to treat scoliosis. According to the angle and type of scoliosis, the vertebral body segments that need to be corrected are determined. The general surgical method is to place pedicle screws in the pedicles of these vertebral bodies. , the end cap...
