By the technical scheme and compared with the prior art, the lime sulphur of the invention has the advantages that the lime sulphur is alkaline, can erode epidermal wax layers of pests, can kill ticks, mites, scale insects and eggs of the pests, forms sulfur particles under the action of oxygen and carbon dioxide in the air, is gasified to generate sulfur steam, can interfere with metabolism of oxygen in the breathing process of pathogenic bacteria or the pests so as to play a poisoning role, and ismainly used for preventing and treating various diseases and insect pests, killing pathogenic bacteria or pest eggs in advance and guaranteeing normal germination of branches of the aromatic green rose seedlings when the weather is warm in spring.
