Abstract
The invention discloses application of glucoside in promoting in-vitro proliferation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells. The steviol-19-glucoside is a glycoside compound which is widely used and has a natural source. The invention finds that: the steviol-19-glucoside has the effect of promoting hBMSCs proliferation in vitro, and the stem cell characteristics of hBMSCs cannot be obviously reduced. Therefore, the steviol-19-glucoside has the effect of promoting hBMSCs in-vitro proliferation, and has the prospect of being developed into a culture medium for promoting hBMSCs in-vitro proliferation.
