According to the unpowered rehabilitation walking aid of the invention, when the lower limb of the healthy side of a patient strides, power is stored to assist the patient in carrying on rehabilitation training including leg raising (hip bending), knee bending, foot lifting, striding and the like or daily activities alone without electric power or human assistance.
