Guide mechanisms capable of enabling the parking plate to move up and down and rotate are arranged between the parking plate and the two side plates respectively; and a parking groove used for clamping a bicycle wheel is arranged in the parking plate, a locking mechanism usedfor automatically locking the bicycle wheel is arranged on one side of the parking groove, a power assisting mechanism connected with a wall is arranged on one side, close to the wall, of the parkingplate, and a wheel set and a fastening mechanism used for fastening the wheel set to the wall are arranged at the bottom of the parking plate.
